The Challenges

CBRE had developed a platform that was rich on data, but low on usability. The platform could drill down into their clients various property assets, providing mixed results around rental income, land value, competitive behaviour etc, but at the same time was overly complex and off brand.

The Solution

They approached me to help them create a layout and navigation structure that would help clients find information pertinent to them, while also implementing a design system that utilised brand colours, but allowed the flexibility to grow and expand. We worked together to implement page rules, and structural artefacts that made navigating the complex data sets easy and intuitive for even the most analogue of team members.
